When a flying rock broke one of my client’s office front door on Friday after hours , Icontacted Jason at Restorepro . He had a carpenter at the office within one hour. RestorePro handled restoration of multiple rooms in our home after a second floor bathroom valve failed while we were out of town, causing extensive water damage in five rooms and the crawl space. Initial remediation had been done by another company that we weren't too pleased with, and our insurance company linked us up with RestorePro. This became something of a nightmare for them because of incompetence (and genuine weirdness) on the part of the insurance adjuster, who proved quite difficult for us as well as RestorePro to work with. Numerous individuals at the RestorePro home office in Durham were involved at several points along the way in efforts to deal with this compication and all but one of them were quite responsive and helpful in dealing with a variety of problems caused by the insurance adjuster.The actual restoration work was handled wonderfully by our contract manager, Craig and his team. The work was high quality and we couldn't be happier. When we provided a detailed punch list of minor tweaks, as well as when we requested some interim course-adjustments (as we changed our minds), Craig was patient, highly responsive and on top of everything. Unlike some CMs, he was on site frequently to ensure things were being done and being done right. Anyone who has ever been though a home construction project knows that things inevitably don't always go exactly as planned. Whenever these sorts of things popped up, they were handled quickly and to our complete satisfaction.We expected this was going to be a very trying experience owing to lingering supply chain problems from Covid, heavy demand for restoration services because of natural disasters, and a booming housing market. It turned out to be an unexpectedly happy experience. We credit Craig for most of that, and the overall efforts of the RestorePro team for the rest.

Prior to some staff turnover we had a rocky experience. Where to start.. from the beginning Restorepro was very quick to respond and made things easy. I had water damage from a roof leak and needed a portion of my upstairs ceiling replaced. When I spoke with Lillian Capobianco after getting scheduled, I told her that I may need to delay the appointment because of course when it rains it pours, my AC just happened to go out around the same time I was set to have this work done. Due to needing to repair my AC I would be short on funds. She proactively offered to allow me to stay on schedule and to work with me and allow me to pay the remainder of the bill after an upcoming pay day. The biggest surprise though was when I was at work when they got to my house. She noticed water damage on my kitchen ceiling from a separate event that I was going to wait to get repaired when I had the funds to do so. I believe she possibly felt for me because of the bad events happening back to back and she repaired my kitchen ceiling at no cost to me. I was blown away by their generosity, professionalism and compassion. I would highly recommend this company.

After a tree and flooding wiped out my house in Fall 2022, RestorePro reconstructed it from emergency tarp-up, water mitigation, pack-out, and rebuild. Every member of their customer-facing team - from back office accounts to rebuild project manager - was professional, cordial, honest, responsive, helpful, and compassionate the whole way from beginning to end. This review would be very long if I named every member of their team who deserves a shout-out for the help they gave to my wife and me during this stressful time. I would remiss, however, if I didn't thank Craig Ecenrode, our RestorePro project manager, who for the 9-month rebuild was a pleasure to work with: he not only made sure his crews did the highest quality work but also spoke to us by phone several times a week to keep us in the loop and met with us many times for project status reviews. I must also thank Katie Pierce, RestorePro estimator, who worked extra diligently with my wife and me to make sure we always had understandable and accurate numbers for this very large project. I am also very grateful to Morgan Collins, RestorePro Client Care Coordinator, who reached out to us regularly throughout our long project to check if my wife and I had any questions or concerns about anything at all. Lillian Capobianco is a real professional who looks out for a clients needs first. We used RestorPro for drying out our home after a pipe burst and they did an excellent job. RestorePro was wonderful to work with. My water heater failed on me and water leaked under my vinyl flooring all over my first floor.The entire team was professional, timely and kind. I had multiple contacts through the stages of the process - Morgan, my Customer Care Coordinator, JR and Antonio on the Remediation part of the work, and Lillian, my project manager for the new floor installation. Each person was communicative and informative.The remediation team was timely and efficient in pulling up my floor and getting everything dried out, which gave me peace of mind. When that was done, Lillian brought over some wonderful samples of flooring to choose from. After I selected one, the installation day was less than a week later. Lillian also kept me updated on changes. I ended up needing to pick an alternative floor choice for several reasons. When they started installing the alternative and it was not exactly the color I had wanted, she had the installing process paused so she could send photos and verify that I was happy with it first.Throughout every step, Morgan also reached out several times to see if I had questions or concerns. There was a bit of time between Remediation and Installation where an estimate was being gotten and approved by insurance, and when I asked about where in the process we were, she immediately had that information for me on what step we were on and what would happen next.I now have new, beautiful floors thanks to the RestorePro team. I highly recommend them!

We engaged RestorePro when the sewer stack broke in a townhome rental we own in Raleigh. They were prompt and professional in handling the remediation while minimizing the impact to our renter. Being a single woman having to handle tasks the man should handle has been overwhelming for me because people have tried to take advantage of me.My project manager, Obie, was the best. From day one he said, "I will take care of you" and he did just that throughout the process. Communication is big for me. I just wanted to thank RestorePro for performing all the water mitigation work in my townhouse. We had a major event where the expansion pump burst and pretty much flooded the whole house since the water heater is located on the third floor. RestorePro was quick to deploy their team and equipment and had the situation under control in no time. I was afraid that after they dried up the house it was going to have a mildew smell, or mold but none of this, and I believe was because of their techniques. The entire team at RestorePro were absolutely awesome. We had a leak behind the wall in our washroom, which damaged the adjoining master bedroom, and bathroom behind the shower and floors. From the minute they arrived, they were professional and very knowledgable about what needed to be done. They answered any questions that we had during the process. They always called first to confirm their arrival and was always on time. They kept the work area clean and secure. They protected my floors, always wore masks and took off their shoes when necessary. Josh and Juan worked very hard removing the damanaged walls and flooring. The second team, who came in to take readings of the moisture content, were equally as professional and courteous. I noticed some water damage on my first floor ceiling, in my kitchen, which is directly over my master bathroom. I didn't know what to do or what was causing it. In June of 2020, in the middle of Covid, our family suffered a major home fire. The crisis management skills the RestorePro team demonstrated was phenomenal. They professionally and compassionately stepped in to help us navigate the restoration process. This review is based on the contractor Jaimie Wood. The day of my house fire was devastating for me . Jaimie reached out and helped make sure that I/we understood everything that was happening from that day going forward and he made sure that my family was not too overwhelmed being they lost mostly everything inside. Jake and the restore pro team were AWESOME! Jake was on time for every appointment and always returned texts and calls. The process was informative and moved quickly with a solid plan of action. Our bathroom remodel from a plumbing leak came out beautiful which included all new tile, paint, plumbing, shower reconstruction and glass installation. I’m very happy with the work performed by RestorePro. I arrived home to most of my house being flooded so I called on a Sunday after a holiday and Corey Ritter’s crew was out in less than an hour to start the drying out process. They worked directly with the insurance company to get an estimate together. I also used them for the reconstruction process. Chris Davis’s crew did good work. I felt informed about what was going on throughout the process. I appreciated the weekly calls from Ashley or Molly just to make sure I was happy with everything and to see if I had any questions. I have never had any major damage to my home before so this was/has been a very new and stressful experience. RestorePro and the employees I have worked with (Corey, Scott, Antonio, Juan and Ashley) have all been incredible. When I first called to get something scheduled, they put me on their top priority list right away. I was kept up to date on when they would be coming by, what they would be doing and what I needed to do to prepare. Corey was amazing to work with and answered any and all of my questions that I had right off the bat. He was extremely helpful and open about the whole process. Antonio and Juan were the two gentlemen that had to rip up my floor in order to make my home livable again. They were extremely efficient, polite, professional, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible given the circumstances. Their work was fantastic. Ashley always kept me in the loop on scheduling and was available to call or email at any time. With a large home project like mine, that is super valuable. We had water damage to our flooring due to an overflowing toilet. What a nightmare! However, I immediately reached out to RestorePro (around midnight) and I was connected with the on call Manager right away who walked me through my next steps. I am thankful for Josh Oliver for getting his amazing crew to my home right away (on an early Sunday am) and reassuring me that they would take care of us and not to worry. Ashley called me periodically to check on things and to see if I had any additional questions or concerns. Antonio and Juan were so kind, so professional and very knowledgeable. When it came time to take my flooring up, they spent a good bit of time prepping the area to ensure the rest of my home was not covered in dust and dirt from the removal. They worked nonstop when they were at my home. JR was the Mitigation Manager in charge and was also very professional and did a wonderful job communicating the next steps with me. When I had a question or concern, he was happy to explain things to me and point me in the right direction. They are an amazing team. I hope that I don’t have to call them again only because I do not wish to have anymore water damage or any other type of damage to my home, but if I were to, I know exactly who to contact! I am still in the process of getting my home repaired from a water leak; however, my current experience with this company has been amazing. RestorePro really went above and beyond helping to address the mold issues I was having in my house. Joe came out for the initial inspection and was extremely thorough and checked out every issue I asked about no matter how small. He was happy to answer any and all of my questions and give recommendations for how to prevent the mold from returning. He came out immediately after calling and had a team come the next day to perform the cleaning. Jimmy and Chris were absolutely wonderful and cleaned all of the mold beyond what I thought was possible. They even cleaned all of my windows when they were only expected to clean the ones with mold growth.
