Our community is in need of support. We are living in very difficult times. Starting March 18, we will be providing FREE pickup and delivery services to those who are unable to leave their homes We live to serve our community and our RestorePro Cares team has been mobilized to assist people in need.

Derrick and the RestorePro team were great to work with. They were professional and responsive to questions/concerns via text or email. The designer helped me pick out the perfect luxury vinyl tile flooring. Summer was very personable and kept me informed of the repair timeline and itemized costs. Honestly, my home looks better now than it did before the water leak.

It is difficult to give one review because there were multiple teams involved in our recovery. The Mitigation Team and the Moving In/Out Team were spectacular. They both get 5 stars in every area. The Moving In/Out Team was especially excellent as they took care of our every need and did so immediately and punctually in each case. The Restoration team from RestorePro was also extremely accommodating but punctuality and responsiveness were not quite as good. But the quality of the sub-contractor they chose to re-finish our floors was the killer for this project. The man who owned that company did not follow very clearly stated face-to-face instructions and then lied to us about the results his company produced. I believe that RestorePro will never use that contractor again but we are still left with a result that is not what we were promised and not what we had prior to the water damage. To their credit, RestorePro has made every attempt short of starting over from scratch to remedy the bumbling of this contractor – but if you have had floors done before you know how disruptive it is to your life – you literally have to move out for weeks and live elswhere… Given our age and the impact of this on quality of life, we chose to just live with the inferior floors – I can’t blame RestorePro for that but we have been working this problem for 6 months and just do not want to start over – no matter the cost! Would I use RestorePro again? Absolutely, but I would not rely solely on the restoration project manager to ensure that things were being done correctly – I would be personally involved at every days work – the project manager we were assigned was young and did not stay on the project every day with the poor contractor. He trusted the poor contractor and I trusted him – both of us made a mistake. The young project manager is a great person and will learn a lot from this project. I would be glad to use him again, but we caught him at a bad time in his maturation on this project. The dishonest contractor mislead him as well as us – listening intently as we explained what we expected from him and then not even showing up when his workers did the work – we showed him we wanted gloss floors – his workers used semi-gloss poly – then he lied to us and told us that it was gloss – like we were idiots – saying gloss required multiple coats and our insurance would not cover that – all a lie! Sometimes, one bad apple can spoil the whole works! This was one of those times! RestorePro is good – just be sure you get the right sub-contractors on your project!

RestorePro did a phenomenal job on my home. I live in Southern Pines, NC; RestorePro came out the same day I called and started the repairs right away. Their team is very trust worthy, keeping me updated through out the repair and finishing with a quality product. If you have water damage, I highly recommend you use RestorePro, I couldn’t be happier and would use them again.

All the work was completed on time and with great quality. If there were delays the office or the project manager would call to inform me. They were flexible with my schedule and very knowledgeable when I asked questions. Great job! The Fayetteville office did an amazing job.

My insurance claim adjuster referred me to RestorePro after the initial company that I choose to help me couldn’t meet me timeline. I had a bathroom shower leak that was leaking through the tiles that affected the lower level bathroom. When the tiles were lifted up to assess the damages, the results were really bad as part of my subfloor was rotted. I was really stressed about this happening since I recently just purchased my home. When I contacted RestorePro I spoke with Summer and she was very professional and kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. She sent Jamie out who assessed the damages. He went over the repairs that would be needed and wrote up a quote for me on the same day. After assessing the damages, a quote and a timeline was giving to me. I agreed to everything as it was reasonable and very fair. I was then assigned Phillip Love as my project Manager. Philip was the best project manager that I could ever ask for. He really helped my wife and I overcome our anxiety with this process. He was very organized, detailed, professional and he always kept in touch with me to keep us updated with the process. He went above and beyond to make sure that we got back our home to its original condition with no disappointments. Phil was very patient with me and I really appreciate that since I was a challenge customer who was particular in my needs. He was so patient with us when we were picking out our new tiles and choosing our new paint color. He was very knowledgeable in his work which helped us make confident decisions. At the end of the project Phil went over all my repairs to confirm that we were happy and satisfied with everything. Overall everyone who I made contact with at RestorePro Reconstruction had great customer service and was very caring to a customer who was stressed.

One day, I came home from work thinking I’d be able to relax. Instead, I came inside to rain pouring down from the kitchen ceiling because my son left on the bathroom faucet all day (9+ hours). I never had to deal with this before, so I googled and chose RestorePro based on all the positive reviews. From start to finish, it was an incredibly positive experience. They successfully completed the mitigation and then worked with me through the entire reconstruction to make sure that 1) quality work was done 2) we could upgrade where I wanted while being very transparent about cost and 3) that my home and my family were treated with respect. If we have to go through a process like this again, I would 100% hire them again.
