Our technicians will be fogging using an EPA-approved hospital-grade disinfectant mist that is put into the air throughout the entire heated area, stairwells, restrooms, elevators, and all common areas. All areas must be vacated during the time of fogging.

Cleaning Tier 2:Illness Present but Not Confirmed Flu or other Virus

Since the pandemic, it seems like offices, managers, and even employees are more upfront about their overall health and wellness. Our tier-2 process occurs when an employee or employees have become ill, but there hasn’t been a destination of which virus or illness it is.

How it Works:

Our technicians will be fogging and performing a wipe-down of all common touch points. Touch points include plumbing fixtures, switch plates and door handles with an EPA-approved hospital-grade disinfectant. All areas must be vacated during the time of fogging and wipe down.

Tier 3: Confirmed Case Of Onsite Flu or other Virus99.9999% Efficacy

Our technicians will be fogging and performing full disinfectant wipe down of hard surfaces, include but are not limited to the following, cabinets, sinks, toilets, countertops, door handles, doors, blinds, walls, furniture, switch plates, railings, etc. excluding ceilings. All areas must be vacated during the time of fogging and wipe down. If requested a licensed hygienist will test multiple and numerous areas at the conclusion of treatment.

Chemicals and Terminology:

All chemicals being used are EPA-approved hospital-grade disinfectants. All jobs will be completed by qualified technicians to decontaminate airborne and surface pathogens. Cleaning/Wipe Down refers to the removal of germs, dirt, and impurities from surfaces.

Cleaning does not kill germs, but by removing them, it lowers their numbers and the risk of spreading infection. Disinfecting refers to using chemicals to kill germs on surfaces. This process does not necessarily clean dirty surfaces or remove germs, but by killing germs on a surface after cleaning, it can further lower the risk of spreading infection. Safety Data-sheets will be provided for all disinfectants applied All products applied are EPA-approved hospital-grade disinfectants.

Sanitizing Viral Contaminants:

RestorePro Reconstruction has defined Sanitizing as the use of fogging with hospital-grade disinfectant and wiping of high traffic hard surfaces for the possibility of viral contaminants. This service is to sanitize affected areas and allow for possibly affected areas to resume normal cleaning procedures by property management. Soft goods will be fogged with hospital-grade disinfectants. After Sanitizing work has been completed, you will still see dust and debris if present before sanitizing. The residue may be present after the sanitization process. A disinfectant is a substance or mixture of substances, that destroys or irreversibly inactivates bacteria, fungi, and viruses, but not necessarily bacterial spores, in the inanimate environment.
