The crew we had was wonderful! We had a cat urine problem; RestorePro helped greatly in getting rid of the smell. They treated the entire area and paid extra attention to some specific trouble spots. They were easy to schedule with (including coordinating with our carpet removal/install) and even came back for a second coat on one particular spot at no extra charge. We appreciate their attention to detail and their customer service. And most importantly, no more cat smell!

Lillian Capobianco is a real professional who looks out for a clients needs first. We used RestorPro for drying out our home after a pipe burst and they did an excellent job. When it was time to do the restoration, Lillian saw the scope of work, and recommended we use our own contractor since it was a better fit. RestorePro was wonderful to work with. My water heater failed on me and water leaked under my vinyl flooring all over my first floor.The entire team was professional, timely and kind. I had multiple contacts through the stages of the process - Morgan, my Customer Care Coordinator, JR and Antonio on the Remediation part of the work, and Lillian, my project manager for the new floor installation. Each person was communicative and informative.The remediation team was timely and efficient in pulling up my floor and getting everything dried out, which gave me peace of mind. When that was done, Lillian brought over some wonderful samples of flooring to choose from. After I selected one, the installation day was less than a week later. Lillian also kept me updated on changes. I ended up needing to pick an alternative floor choice for several reasons. When they started installing the alternative and it was not exactly the color I had wanted, she had the installing process paused so she could send photos and verify that I was happy with it first.Throughout every step, Morgan also reached out several times to see if I had questions or concerns. There was a bit of time between Remediation and Installation where an estimate was being gotten and approved by insurance, and when I asked about where in the process we were, she immediately had that information for me on what step we were on and what would happen next.I now have new, beautiful floors thanks to the RestorePro team. I highly recommend them!

We engaged RestorePro when the sewer stack broke in a townhome rental we own in Raleigh. They were prompt and professional in handling the remediation while minimizing the impact to our renter. They provided a reasonable remediation and repair estimate and worked directly with our insurance adjuster to get the work approved. Our master bath flooded in the townhome we rent, and Victor and Josh came out from RestorePro to put up dehumidifiers and industrial fans to air out the carpet that was affected. It’s not a good day when you need RestorePro but these guys were so good to work with they made the situation more bearable. They were here within an hour of being contacted and started work shortly thereafter. Being a single woman having to handle tasks the man should handle has been overwhelming for me because people have tried to take advantage of me.My project manager, Obie, was the best. From day one he said, "I will take care of you" and he did just that throughout the process. Communication is big for me. I just wanted to thank RestorePro for performing all the water mitigation work in my townhouse. We had a major event where the expansion pump burst and pretty much flooded the whole house since the water heater is located on the third floor. RestorePro was quick to deploy their team and equipment and had the situation under control in no time. I was afraid that after they dried up the house it was going to have a mildew smell, or mold but none of this, and I believe was because of their techniques. The entire team at RestorePro were absolutely awesome. We had a leak behind the wall in our washroom, which damaged the adjoining master bedroom, and bathroom behind the shower and floors. From the minute they arrived, they were professional and very knowledgable about what needed to be done. They answered any questions that we had during the process. They always called first to confirm their arrival and was always on time. They kept the work area clean and secure. They protected my floors, always wore masks and took off their shoes when necessary. Josh and Juan worked very hard removing the damanaged walls and flooring. They set up the equipment and explained to us what they were trying to accomplish. They're an awesome team. The second team, who came in to take readings of the moisture content, were equally as professional and courteous. I am glad that I decided to work with RestorePro and would definitely recommend them to anyone who might need this kind of service. We are going into the reconstruction phase of this process after the New Year. I'll post a final review once the project is completed.

I noticed some water damage on my first floor ceiling, in my kitchen, which is directly over my master bathroom. I didn't know what to do or what was causing it. Restore Pro was recommended to me to try. Corey came out the next day after I called Restore Pro to take a look at the damage. He walked me through the steps of what could be causing the issue and how to fix it. His team came out and did an awesome job of locating and isolating the leak. Katie called me to follow up and to update me on next steps, as well. The whole team is great! I would definitely recommend Restore Pro. It all started with a hot water leak that created more damage than I could have imagined. I reached out to Restore Pro and their demo/remediation team set a standard that the rest of the business/teams will have to measure up to. It started with my first call with JR Woods, who I must say has made me feel like a priority through all of this. He was quick to explain the process and to get his team on the project. That team was Josh Goins and Juan Torres. These guys were not only professional, but they also left everything clean, made me laugh through the chaos and let me know step by step of what to expect along the way and have been phenomenal to work with. Kathleen is so sweet and has also been great about checking in with me, making sure everything is going well and that I didn’t need anything else along the way. My ONE and ONLY complaint is that I don’t get to work with this team on the entire project and must move on to the next team for the last leg of this restoration. I arrived home to most of my house being flooded so I called on a Sunday after a holiday and Corey Ritter’s crew was out in less than an hour to start the drying out process. They worked directly with the insurance company to get an estimate together. I also used them for the reconstruction process. Chris Davis’s crew did good work. I felt informed about what was going on throughout the process. I appreciated the weekly calls from Ashley or Molly just to make sure I was happy with everything and to see if I had any questions. There was an issue that arose after construction was finished and Chris quickly got someone out to take care of it. I highly recommend RestorePro.

I have never had any major damage to my home before so this was/has been a very new and stressful experience. RestorePro and the employees I have worked with (Corey, Scott, Antonio, Juan and Ashley) have all been incredible. When I first called to get something scheduled, they put me on their top priority list right away. We had water damage to our flooring due to an overflowing toilet. What a nightmare! However, I immediately reached out to RestorePro (around midnight) and I was connected with the on call Manager right away who walked me through my next steps. I am thankful for Josh Oliver for getting his amazing crew to my home right away (on an early Sunday am) and reassuring me that they would take care of us and not to worry. Ashley called me periodically to check on things and to see if I had any additional questions or concerns. Antonio and Juan were so kind, so professional and very knowledgeable. When it came time to take my flooring up, they spent a good bit of time prepping the area to ensure the rest of my home was not covered in dust and dirt from the removal. RestorePro really went above and beyond helping to address the mold issues I was having in my house. Joe came out for the initial inspection and was extremely thorough and checked out every issue I asked about no matter how small. He was happy to answer any and all of my questions and give recommendations for how to prevent the mold from returning. He came out immediately after calling and had a team come the next day to perform the cleaning.
