Whenever I see Freddie Freeman playing baseball -- being the ultimate team player in helping the Atlanta Braves and Los Angeles Dodgers win their latest respective World Series -- RestorePro Reconstruction will come to mind.Later on the day Hurricane Helene had unleashed its havoc in across the western Carolinas, Patrick, a RestorePro project manager, called me back swiftly to field my inquiry about a flooding in our home. The very next morning -- on a Saturday -- Patrick paid a visit to assess the damage and recommend the right route to clean up the mess. He explained, and showed, how mold already was growing behind the baseboards, so they were all removed.As soon as our home had power restored -- after 5 1/2 days -- Patrick was quick to drop by, firing up a giant dehumidifier and six heavy duty fans, to roar for three full days, drying everything out -- without any doubt.The next step entailed replacement of the baseboards, which company colleague Jose made an art of installation in just three hours, including paint touch-ups and sealing.This whole service, orchestrated by Patrick and Jose from start to finish in just a few days, bowled my family over, and for such a fair price -- averting any need for us to file an insurance claim as well.RestorePro, starting with my phone call on the afternoon of Sept. 27, got the whole ball rolling to save and protect a whole room in our house. The company's Greenville team of personnel, as an exciting Major League Baseball season played out, hit not only a home run, but a grand slam, for us!

Wow! RestorePro is a breath of fresh air! Our rep, Wendy, is so friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are reasonable and competitive, but their customer service is outstanding! Their team wants to make sure that you understand all your options and are happy to educate you (without making you feel dumb!). We recently used them for a cigarette smoke treatment. They worked their magic and get rid of the smell, when no other product could touch it. They worked with our timing and schedule needs and made it so easy! Recently we had a small fire at my apartment complex that activated the sprinkler system. I had the unfortunate "pleasure" of being on the floor below the apartment. These guys were out that evening and quickly placed equipment around my apartment to dry out and prevent any damage, For four days those guys came by and checked my walls, ceiling and floors, to make sure I was okay. Truly an great group of guys that did their jobs and did them well. I was blessed that the complex chose this company.

After some issues with other employees Tanner came around and was assigned the project. It had previously been handled not so well. Tanner made sure everything was done correctly and very professionally. I really appreciate his hard work and the team of individuals that came in to restore my home. He was very caring and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done well. He communicated everything and was always there to answer any questions I had.
