Mold Testing & Removal in Chapel Hill, NC

I recommend RestorePro for its services because of my smooth experience with the company in the past when we had it do mold removal for my family’s home crawlspace. I was glad to find that  RestorePro provided mold removal services that seemed thorough from start to end of the process (from mold removal to re-insulation and dehumidification). The company’s transparent communication and quick responses were something I was looking for, and I was pleased that during the earlier stages of inspection and estimate writing. RestorePro was knowledgeable in answering the technical questions I  had about their work/plan. I appreciated that I wasn’t offered many services/answers that the company didn’t claim to specialize in/provide. I felt the inspection was transparent; the project manager also personally inspected another problem area I had a concern about a potential problem in the crawlspace. I  received timely updates about the mold-removal work, and I was provided many photos of the before and after mold-removal states of the crawlspace, which in my judgment looked like the job was well done.
