Restore pro was great, as they came in and gutted our moldy, water damaged bathroom. The initial crew put down plastic, covered the carpeting and sealed everything that was water damaged and moldy. Derrick was great at communicating and keeping me updated on the project and what would be happening on what day. He kept track of the subs and made sure the work was done In a timely manner. The painter lines and cutting in could use some work as it looks a bit sloppy. It could use a little more attention to detail. The mirror is a bit crooked, as is the towel bar. The vent does not cover the cut out in the ceiling. The job is complete, but the attention to detail and craftsmanship is lacking. I high Recommend Derrick and his supervision, but the quality of the work needs some refinement.

The entire RestorePro Team did a excellent job restoring my house that was flooded by a burst water pipe. Their communication was excellent, with defined "go to" people for questions, the work was timely and completed faster than I anticipated. The work was also well done and the house restored to a near new condition. Would definitely hire them again, but hope to never have to do this again.

We had water damage to our whole downstairs as few months ago and finding a construction company that was reliable and stood by there work seemed like it would be a big task but we found restorepro and our project manager Phillip love and things were amazing from there! Having a three year old and a 7 month old during a renovation is hard but Phillip listen to our concerns needs and even played sword fight with my rambunctious toddler so we could focus on decision making and Paperwork. He followed through on all my crazy ideals and keep me grounded on our budget. He even worked out my last minute changes just in the nick of time. I love my new kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, and all three bedrooms! Great job Phillip and restore pro!

Restore Pro handled our flooring repair after a water leak damaged the flooring in our house. Blake Matthews handled the recovery without a hitch. Jamie Wood did a great job working with our insurance company to ensure they covered all the necessary work. Phillip Love did a great job handing all the many project management details of the actual work. When the job wasn’t perfect, he brought in the carpenter and the insulation installers to fix the problems and get everything perfect. Summer Healey went to bat for us getting our mortgage holder to sign off on the insurance check, which is another detailed process.

This is a quality organization with top notch personnel. After some water damage caused by a leak in a second story commode, my insurance company dispatched Restore Pro. They arrived so quickly and assessed the damage. They immediately initiated a restoration and brought in equipment to dry out the affected areas. This took a week but they came each day to check the progress. Once this was done, the ceiling was repaired, sanded, and repainted. This was all completed, clean up done, and inspected by Phillip! He went to great pains each step of the way to be sure I was happy and satisfied with the work performed.
Everyone from start to finish were quality, patient, and courteous individuals. They know their business and are very professional at it.
My highest regard to Phillip, Jake, Paco, as well as several gentlemen whose names escape me presently but we're instrumental in drying out the initial damage.

My home had a major water leak that my wife noticed when she woke up at 4:30 AM one morning. I called my insurance company who recommended RestorePro and they were out to my house quickly to start the mitigation and drying process. All of the employees that filtered through my house were very respectful and pleasant, and they worked efficiently and effectively. There was a slight oversight with the mitigation that I brought up with my restoration manager Andrew, he kept in touch with me about the issue and Connor, my mitigation manager, was quick to remedy the situation.
Once everything was dry Andrew kept in contact with me regularly, consistently providing updates on schedules and potential issues. He was out to my house on several occasions just for a quick visit to see how things were progressing. The crew under Andrew quickly restored my house to its former glory and were all also very pleasant to work with.
At one point I had an issue that required the owners assistance and he was very quick to address my concern and ease my mind.
All in all, everyone from RestorePro that I have come in contact with since my small disaster has been professional, polite, and efficient with their work - I would recommend them to anyone that requires a service they provide.
