AVOID this company at all costs. Formally Sparkkles, they did our restoration job after our hot water heater caused water damage from our third floor to our first floor. What should have taken one month turned into a horrendous 3 months. They hire vendors who do not have the proper skill set or quality workmanship for the least cost. RestorePro's plumber REFLOODED our house because they did not seal the drain properly causing additional damage, weeks of drying and delays. RestorePro's plumber and foreman attempted to install a shower membrane against North Carolina building code and I as the owner had to stop the job and educate them on building codes. RestorePro's trim workers did not have the proper cutting tools resulting in uneven jagged edges and attempted to put up different crown molding than what existed knowing it was mismatched. RestorePro's painters painted the rooms needing to be restored using the lowest grade paint even though the highest grade paint was quoted for the job. RestorePro's shower door installer installed a new glass door with a large crack in it and then covered the crack with setting tape. RestorePro's second attempt at installing a new glass shower door minus the crack resulted in mismounting the door causing water to seap through the anchors and cause additional water damage. RestorePro's tilers cut tile jagged, misaligned edges, installed tile crooked and left gaping holes in the tile under the window sill. The foreman was rarely available, did not communicate clearly or sometimes at all to laborers causing my husband and I to manage every aspect of the job. The owner Ryan made a commitment after the house was reflooded by his plumber that he would ensure the job would go smoother and quality improved. When we continued to have problems he was not available and only came out to the house after the job was complete and we were both physically and mentally exhausted. When we had additional challenges with our glass shower door and additional water damage from the door installation he was not available to return any of our phone calls. It's no surprise they changed their branding from Sparkkles to RestorePro. Do your research and hire professionals who will truly care about the quality of work they perform. Avoid the heartache and house damage and do not use RestorePro formally Sparkkles.

RestorePro managed a pretty severe water remediation project for my property when a water line burst in the crawl space and went unnoticed for an extended period of time. The Project Manager was clear in communication with what actions would be taken and thankfully assisted with the insurance claims. Our wash machine leaked from upstairs down into the kitchen through dining area light. It was literally raining in the house. RestorePro came out within an hour of calling. Restore Pro was referred to me by my insurance company. I had a small area of my hardwood floors that had water damage. They removed the floors from my closets that were near the damaged area but were in good condition and they also too my base molding and side door molding (which was also fine) with them. I could have used the moldings and flooring to fix the small amount of damage done to my home. Now I need to replace my entire floor!!! Huge project. If they left the floors in the closet, I could have patched up the small space that was damaged. I am upset they didn’t ask if I would like to keep what they were removing. Comnunication was very poor too.

Restore Pro made the process of remediation and repair from a broken pipe in my rental property as stress free as possible. If I'd tried to schedule the multiple contractors required to get all of the work done, it would have taken much more time to complete. They also made it easy and relatively affordable to add some additional upgrades that we requested. After the work was completed for about 3 weeks, by tenant noted a few things that were unfinished. Restore Pro was very quick to respond, and agreed to have a contractor at the property within a few days to fix all of the complaints. Everyone I worked with (Remediation project manager, Program Director, and Repair Project Manager) was very nice and helpful. They were all very quick to respond to inquiries, and checked in with me throughout the process. They handled the insurance claim, and found some thing that the insurance adjustor had overlooked when assessing the damages. If I were to have tried to do this on my own, I would not have realized that those things were overlooked.

It took RestorePro over 3 months to complete restoration for a leak in my Raleigh condo. My tenants asked to be released from their lease because of it and had a lawyer standing by if I didn't agree. I did agree because they were forced to live in one bedroom with their newborn child. The husband lost income from work having to be home to facilitate the workers. I am out of the country and was unable to return in order to re-rent the condo and so I was forced to sell. I am on SS and the rental income was half my monthly income. Losing that income was not in my plans. RestorePro did issue me a small settlement which included return of my $500 deductible plus the surplus in income from each month after mortgage and HOA dues. They did this because they knew if I brought suit they would liable for much, much more. Do not use them. They don't have the slightest understanding of what good service means. They single handedly obliterated my livelihood. Buyer Beware!!!

Excellent communication and workmanship. We had a pipe freeze causing our washing machine drain to overflow creating water damage since it was on the second floor. RestorePro came in and was able to dry things up and we reconstructed the washer with better waterproofing to better contain a spill like this in the future. They put everything back better than new. Their deconstruction crew, paint/drywall and plumber were very professional and kept us advised as the project progressed.Special thanks to Jeff and Greg who managed the overall project. They maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process which was challenging due to the many cases of pipe freezing that they were balancing due to an unprecedented 200+ consecutive hours of sub freezing temperatures. This was truly one of the worst case scenarios to operate under and they came through with flying colors. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again on any future mishaps like this which hopefully won't happen anytime soon! ;-)-Pete

RestorePro did an excellent job for us. We had a break-in that damaged the back door to our home. It is a double door, one swings and the other is stationary. They came out to access the damage the day they were called. They worked with us to get the door and door hardware we wanted. They ordered the door and the next day after it was delivered they came out to install it. The two workers removed the trim around the doors, removed the old doors, installed the new doors, and replaced the trim. They did an excellent job. They also coordinated everything with the insurance company. I highly recommend them.

I checked around before calling Restore Pro and heard glowing reviews, but only from those that basically handed over their insurance adjusters estimate to them. If that's you, great. For us, their insistence that they do it all as written by the insurance company just didn't work for us.We asked Restore Pro to leave a couple things off for now. Instead of cleaning carpet in 2 rooms, wait and do the whole house. RestorePro was interested in replacing damaged linoleum, but not with tile. I made it clear that I was more than willing pay whatever insurance didn't cover.

From beginning to end, I was highly impressed with the professionalism, positive attitudes and top-notch workmanship. Our project manager, Michelle, was nothing short of AMAZING!!! Michelle treated my home as if it was hers. Her work ethic, professionalism, communication skills, customer service, patience and personality are superb! Michelle kept me informed throughout the process, honored all my requests, and still completed the project in a timely manner. She only returned my key and signed off on our project as completed once she knew she were 100% satisfied. She genuinely cares about her customers and treat them like family. I also have to mention Blake, our water mitigation lead and Ms. Sue, our content move-out and replacement lead. Blake was very through and made sure that any wet areas were addressed and dried. Her team is very efficient at getting your contents out, stored and reset. She has a great eye for detail and again, will not dismiss her team from your home until you are completely satisfied. RestorePro did a great job restoring our house after our dishwasher leaked and ruined our hard wood floors. They had to pull out the floor and some cabinets to dry things out, then replace the entire downstairs flooring. The job was done professionally and about as fast as can be expected. They damaged some paint during the drying out phase, and painted the entire room to fix the problem. We asked them to do some extra things like replace the kitchen sink and faucet and they were happy to do so. Communication was not a problem. We always knew what was happening and they responded promptly to our questions. They have a good working relationship with our insurance company, which made things go smoothly. Except for living without a kitchen sink for awhile it was a pretty painless process. I would highly recommend RestorePro.

RestorePro was great to work with! We had to have floors, cabinets, counters and paint all redone due to some serious water damage in our home. They coordinated all of the different repairs to be made and had us back in our home in 5 weeks! We did have to push some for timelines and more communication with the different people in and out of our home. These are the best people to call when you have an unpleasant situation with your home! Our kitchen floor buckled due to an ice maker leak. Fixing this situation required moving out while the entire first floor hardwoods were refinished. There are not enough complements to be said about our Project Manager, Andrew Draughon and Sue Williams, the Content Manager. Andrew stopped in everyday and was in constant contact with us about the progress. Sue’s crew, all female packers and young, strong ,efficient movers were wonderful to interact with. They made this effort tolerable! Hernandes did a perfect job on our floors and is truly a craftsman. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE Restore Pro GROUP.
