RestorePro is my go to company! I’ve had way too many interactions with these men and women over the past 8 months, due to two water damage claims in my condo, but fortunately for me everyone, those who handled mitigation, estimates, insurance company communications, reconstruction, etc., has been amazing!! I had storm damage in January 2024 to my roof, attic and hallway. Jahmad Gripper and Gary came out immediately and set up blowers and removed the wet insulation from my attic and hallway carpet. They were professional and courteous in every manner. They returned and removed the blowers later. I was very impressed with their professional work ethic. Thank you RestorePro.

We love RestorePro!! Any time we have an issue that can't be remedied in house, RestorePro is our first call. They are communicative, friendly, informative, and always provide quality work. All of the team members I have met are great, but Katelyn and Deion have particularly been a joy to work with. After a geyser in my grandmother’s bathroom that was the result of a water pipe explosion. We reached out to RestorePro Reconstruction on her behalf. They were nothing less than top notch customer service from the first “How can we help?” to the final job completion handshake. We had to escalate the situation to a manager because the insurer would not sign off on getting the job done on the insurance end. Which by the way, Landon, is a Pitbull when it comes to handling insurance companies. We had been battling the insurance company for about a week and a half, after talking to Landon, he got on the phone and made things happen very suddenly. I don’t know if it was from him being stern with them or if he flexed his muscles, either way, the next day there was progress on the claim. Ashley, he was just heaven sent. Very business forward with being considerate to my grandmother and being transplanted out of her home since this was her only restroom. The finished product was better than we expected, thank you RestorePro for making all this possible. Landon, Ashley, and team keep on keeping on!

Bearing in mind that we had to deal with a very obstructive insurance adjustor, the PM, Ryan, and his team did a great job. There was a bit of a lack of communication between the various contractors ( and we are sticklers for communication) but Ryan was very responsive and helpful, and in the end the work was done beautifully, everything was on schedule, and we have had no major snags to deal with, which is most impressive for this job . I can definitely recommend RestorePro ( and Ryan) for Flood damage repairs.

After my condominium was flooded, RestorePro was hired to do the repair work. Jessica Wells, project manager, brought in Eduardo, from Eddy’s Remodeling LLC, to do the work. I was very pleased with Jessica‘s lead on his project. She was transparent her communications, and stayed on top of things in a timely manner.Also, I was extremely happy with Eduardo and his crew. They came into my home, in a friendly manner, worked tirelessly, the entire time and produced good results. We are extremely pleased with their work. Eduardo kept me informed and asked For my input on every decision. He treated me as though my opinion mattered, in spite my limited knowledge of such projects. He was never discouraged when I suggested something different from what was proposed.We would gladly hire them again For future projects.

I had 4 to 6 inches of water in my basement due to a broken water pipe. My plumber recommended them and they did a magnificent job. Rob and Rico were amazing! They never stopped not even for lunch. Their response time was unbelievable. I couldn’t have asked for any better results. I live in Kings Mountain and I just can’t believe they got here so fast.👍😄

We started a repair/remediation process with this company this past weekend. Their response time was great and within hours Garey showed up at our door and gave us the most professional walk thru our issues. He was patient and attentive to the slightest of details.Our second visit was Garey and Jamad .. both worked well as a team and explained all steps to my husband and I in great detail. We are sticking with this company for the repairs based on the great folks, reviews, and the attention to details! Very happy so far!

RestorePro did an amazing job for us. We had water damage beneath our sink due to a leaky faucet - completely crumbled the original particle board flooring. They replaced the cabinet flooring with strong solid wood and painted our kitchen to ensure everything looked pristine. They even did extra painting on all the cabinets to ensure that everything matched. The team went way above and beyond expectations. Leslie who managed the project was incredible - she made sure everything went perfectly. I highly recommend working with RestorePro Reconstruction.

This company was phenomenal! A leaking roof caused water damage to my mother’s living room. The insurance co sent RestorePro out to complete the painting and repair. Leslie Turner was our contact with RestorePro. She walked us through the process, scheduled the work and contacted the “packout” company to remove the artwork, move the furniture and pack the small items in the paint area. 1-800 Packouts of Charlotte was also amazing and professional. Our paint contractor, Mr. C’s Painting did the paint work. Carlos and his team were amazingly professional, courteous and efficient. This was a surprisingly pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to call RestorePro in the future for whatever home improvement work we need. Excellent company!

Restore Pro provided the most exceptional service by sending Steven and Austin to help me and my family. These two men have been respectful, professional and over the top hard working. They came to my home due to a backed up toilet that overflowed, it was a very embarrassing thing to happen and have people in your home. These men were reliable, knowledgeable and completed the mitigation quickly. I know my experience with these men is not over yet, but knowing that I have exceptional professionals working in my home, I know it will be completed correctly and efficiently. Restore Pro was very professional. I had water damage from a leak in my master bathroom and it leaked to my laundry room and water started dripping out of the light fixture. The ceiling has water damage and Tyler came to rescue! He was very efficient and knowledgeable. Tyler explained what was wrong in a manner that I understood. Restore Pro came in and did a wonderful job at removing the wet and molded part of the ceiling in my bedroom. They made sure any part that had been touched by the water was removed. Jeremiah and Jahmad were extremely helpful in explaining what happens next and answered any questions I had. They came in and took care of the removal in a very timely manner making sure to clean up any mess from the job. Working with Steve, Ryan and Veronica on my project was a such an easy, stress free experience. Steven and Veronica are awesome. Sincerely. Friendly without being intrusive, were accurate with all of their time estimates, punctual, and just very nice people you don’t mind having in your home. After an undetectable leak under a shower base in our bathroom caused significant damage these guys came to our rescue. They removed flooring and relocated furniture in order to effectively dry and rid our house of mold causing moisture. The team was on point with personal service that just doesn’t seem to be the norm today. Continual updates and very professional! Thanks to these folks our house is on the road back to normal.I look forward to working with their construction team to rebuild now!

After an awful experience with another company, my insurance adjuster recommended RestorePro to complete the repairs on my home. Landon and Leslie came to my rescue. Leslie had the asbestos abatement completed and completely remodeled my kitchen. It is absolutely beautiful. She was so helpful picking the colors and finishes and the finished product is amazing. Problem: I had water pouring from my kitchen ceiling and needed help as soon as possible.The plumber resolved my problem but there was damage to to my ceiling and kitchen and bathroom floors. Restorepro's staff came that same day and started the water mitigation process immediately. They were on time, professional and very informative on what to expect. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommended!! Estimator Landon Ring and project managers Leslie Turner and Bill Fisk of RestorePro Reconstruction Charlotte were professional, thorough and very helpful from start to finish! They explained the process in detail, upfront; offered helpful advice (when asked); and coordinated multiple subcontractors (who were all great! see below) for our reconstruction project. We could not be happier and would not change a thing. In fact, we like the finished work better than the original! When we bought our home we had some repairs that had to be done and they had Landon come out and get us an estimate to submit for reimbursement in negotiations and it truly helped and then the teams that came out to do the repairs were timely and efficient and worked around our schedules. Josh recently came and fogged my business due to potential COVID exposure. He was polite, educated and arrived the same day as my request. Lastly, Brian has always and continues to be helpful in all areas of the business. RestorePro was recommended by my insurance after I had to fire the first company I hired. After being frustrated with months of dealing with the old company, RestorePro came in and took over the job. We had water damage by our sliding glass door and our State Farm rep put us in touch with RestorePro to help us with the damage and claim. They worked like a well oiled machine walking us through the claim process, working with our insurance adjuster, getting the estimates for the damage and repairs over to the adjuster quickly, and then getting all of the vendors lined up and work completed right on schedule once the claim was approved. Everyone I spoke to at RestorePro was professional and knowledgeable. Jessie called my insurance agent when the adjuster initially denied a hotel stay during construction and he made sure the hotel stay got approved for us. Thank you for caring and making that happen Jessie! Our project manager, Kyle, was fantastic! He had a wonderful work ethic, great communication and very fast getting questions answered. He even got all of the work done before I gave birth, which was a challenge for them & the vendors, yet he made it happen. His efforts for keeping to a schedule were very considerate and so appreciated by our family. I highly recommend RestorePro when you have damage to your house, you will be in great hands. Request Kyle if you can, I can’t imagine a better project manager than him!
