Apex, NC Water Damage Repair

Recently my kitchen at home flooded and my boyfriend and I are in the process of having our kitchen
floors redone because of this. We used RestorePro to assist us with this process. Neither of us have had
to deal with this issue before so we were a bit unsure of how this process worked. Upon calling
RestorePro, Corey Ritter, and his team were sent out to help us.
I was so impressed with how Corey and his team not only got us through the mitigation process quickly
but their level of patience with us as we asked A LOT of questions. Corey was in constant
communication with us and made sure that we have been informed every step of the way. He checked
in with us regularly to make sure things were going as planned and to make sure we had everything we
needed. Anything that we did need, Corey made sure that we had it quickly. Corey and his team were
very prompt and worked quickly.

When entering our home, Corey and his team were extremely respectful and professional. Thankfully,
our kitchen cabinets and countertops were not damaged by the water. Corey and his team made sure
that anything that was not damaged was handled with care since it had to be removed to fix the floors.

We are extremely appreciative of the attentiveness, understanding, and professionalism that Corey has
exhibited. I will definitely be recommending RestorePro to friends and family who need their services as
we have.
